Serves 6

12 large villagers pork or venison sausages
45g/3 tbsp grain mustard
45g/3 tbsp clear honey
zest and juice 1 lemon
2 tsp paprika

1. Heat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
2. Mix together the honey, mustard, paprika, lemon juice and zest.
3. Prick the sausages and toss in the mustard mixture. Put in a roasting tin and bake in the oven until brown all over and cooked right through. Turn the sausages from time to time whilst they are cooking.
