1 long white roll, cut through twice lengthways and buttered
1 villagers Cumberland sausage
2 tbsp pickled red cabbage
2 tbsp apple, chopped
1. Cook the sausage under a medium grill and then slice.
2. Mix the cabbage and apple and toss in lemon juice.
3. Fill one cut of the roll with the sausage and the other cut
with the cabbage mixture.
