Serves 1

Ingredients
2 x 200g/7oz villagers sausages
1 tbsp clear honey
2 thick slices country loaf

Method
1. Preheat a griddle pan.
2. Pan fry sausages for 12-15 minutes, turning frequently.
3. Half way through cooking, griddle the bread on both sides.
4. Drizzle honey over the sausages and cook for a further 3-5 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
5. Slice the sausages and griddled bread in half. Serve with a tomato sauce.
