Ingredients
6 villagers chipolatas
55g/2oz speck
30g/1oz butter
3 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp cream
Method
1. Preheat the two medium frying pans.
2. Wrap the chipolatas in speck.
3. Place the wrapped chipolatas in one of the frying pans and
fry for 6-8 mins. Alternatively grill or bake the sausages
4. Melt the butter for the scrambled eggs in the second frying
pan. Add the eggs and cream and stir until cooked for aobut
3-4 minutes.
5. Serve the chipolatas on a bed of scrambled eggs.
