Ordering Online

There are three options available to pay for your order 1) we will call you for payment details 2) you can fax your order or 3) by personal cheque. We do not take credit or debit card payments on this website.

If you wish, you may also send us a personal cheque. Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal cheque. To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to Villagers Sausages, 91 The High Street, Beckenham, Kent BR3 1AG.

Return / Refund Policy

We do not accept returns as all our sausages are freshly made and every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped.

We will be happy to refund you of any money if your order is cancelled or if you place an order by mistake before we start to make your sausages. We will refund you of any money which you are overcharged. Orders will not be refunded if you are not in to take the delivery or you change the shipping address after we have sent the sausages by courier as these are perishable goods and cannot be resold.

No orders will be refunded if they not signed for. Orders can be delivered to work addresses. Once signed for orders are not refundable.

Delivery Charges

For orders up to 6kg a £6.50 delivery charge will be applied.

Orders of 6kg to 14kg a £5.50 delivery charge will be applied.

Orders of 15kg and above delivery is FREE

(Delivery cost is subject to post code.) Channel Isles and Off Shore UK may incur an extra delivery charge. We will inform you if there are any additional charges.

We will email you for a delivery date and delivery will be next day anytime. If you will not be in then you can use an alternative delivery address such as a work address.

Saturday deliveries come with a £15 surcharge which will be added after your order has been placed.

All our sausages are fresh and kept in a thermal insulated bag with ice packs then boxes.

Delivery Times

Delivery is between Wednesday and Friday and your order will take 2-3 days to process as all our sausages are freshly made.

When placing your order please note the invoice price may vary slightly to that stated on our website as our sausages are all handmade and the kg quantity may vary by a few gramms.
